The Center for Social Sciences and Public Policy Research was established to promote and support research that addresses public affairs issues and helps to develop imaginative and innovative solutions to public problems. The Center encourages research that brings the perspective of the humanities and social sciences to the examination of public affairs issues.
This mission is implemented through three distinct programs offered by CSSPPR: the Survey Program; the Technical Assistance Program; and the Faculty Assistance Program. Our dedication to professional, customized services is based on the desire to help managers and staff meet the growing challenge of balancing the desire to provide more services with the availability of fewer resources.
